The Seville House is smaller than most hi-rise buildings along the Intracoastal; yet powerful in its presence. We are well known in the community for our beautiful building and grounds along with our friendliness and cheerful hospitality to all.
A truly, enjoyable place to live, play, rest and enjoy. Whether year-round or seasonal residents, we have the leisure of enjoying the beauty that surrounds us. We are able to create and nurture friendships with other members from all over the United States and many countries throughout the world.
Pompano Beach offers a beautiful beach walk to exercise or stroll on. The town provides us with many nice shops, restaurants, bars, services, on and on. Our beaches and ocean areas are well maintained and kept safe for our enjoyment. The police, fire and emergency services are practically flawless whenever a need may arise.
Summing it all up, our building, beaches, area, safety and services are sensational!
